Blogger being Sued
The risks of having a blog can be seen over at seobook.com, where the blogger Aaron Wall is being sued for comments left on his seobook blog. The company suing him has a very bad reputation and is trying to improve its reputation by suing people that are critical of them. I could think of better ways to improve a reputation than suing people.. like giving good service.. or doing the right thing.. and letting people know you're doing the right thing.
Anyway, Aaron is fighting them and is accepting help from anyone interested in the cause. There's more info here too. ¶ 12:53 AM

That doesnt sound right.. it's funny that the comments were from other people posting on his blog too.
America has gone sue crazy. I think that any cases that are thrown out should have very large financial penalties brought against them. So they will think twice before they decide to sue anyone.
If a business or an individual is having a bad day in the States, the first thing they do is decide to sue someone.
Hasnt anyone here heard of responsibility? If youre fat, its your fault, not the fast food restaurant's fault. If your business is being criticized, it's probably because your business sucks. Spend the money to improve your business and focus your energy on positive things rather than wasting it on legal battles.
