Finger Painting Child Prodigy
Here's a video of a finger-painting child prodigy working on a Ninja Turtle picture. My bet is it's a fake.. but stranger things have happened. There's a link to the TurtleKid.com website at the end of the video, which is very commercial, which possibly confirms my suspicions.

Yes, this has been debunked as a fake. Notice that while actually painting, all you see is a little doll's arm.

Another reason to believe it is fake: Watch the end when he picks it up; you get that glare from the lights on the picture.
Unless of course there was some nice varnish in the fingerpaints...
