I dislike “do no evil” google as much as any other global behemoth with a monopoly position in their industry but they do put out some good free stuff. Their Street Art Project is a global look at what’s happening on outdoor walls around the world. It’s an ongoing project that will improve over time but there’s already a good range of street art and graffiti to browse. Banksy Retrospective – Unauthorized of Course

Banksy The Unauthorised Retrospective in London opens today at Sotheby’s S|2 gallery. Steve Lazarides, Banksy’s agent up until 2008 has curated the exhibition which includes some of the artist’s earlier works through to more recent paintings. More than seventy Banksy artworks will be on display which will make it one of his largest formal gallery shows. I thought I would have been tired of Banksy by now, but I still find him interesting. I like that he has one finger up at the system while most other artists are very obedient and drone-like little creatures. Some urban artists will even tell you to be obedient and OBEY your masters.
